My child keeps breaking the cord/clasp. Any ideas?
Some people attach the pendant to clothing instead of wearing it as a necklace, which can help (tying it through a button hole or zipper pull for example).
Usually if the cord/clasp breaks it's because it was chewed on, especially if it's happened more than once. If thats the case, redirecting can be really helpful: each time they go to bite on the cord/clasp, remind them to chew on the pendant instead.
It helps to get everyone involved in redirecting (family members, babysitters, etc.), at least until it ‘sticks.’
We also have chewable bracelets that are still wearable, but avoid the need for a clasp/cord:

ARK's Brick Bracelet (textured)
