My child lost their necklace - can you replace it?

Oh no!  We hate losing things, too.  It happens to the best of us sometimes.

Although we're not able to replace items that customers have lost or misplaced, here's a tip that may help with their next necklace:

Some parents attach the necklace to their children's clothing instead (tied through a zipper pull or button hole for example).  That way it's still wearable, but not as easy for kids to lose.
